DAIA Naturals ships via USPS Priority. All orders will be shipped in a flat rate padded envelope or first class mail box for product protection. All orders over 14 ounces will automatically be upgraded/charged to a medium priory flat rate box. All claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly. All packages will have a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. The owner is a full time Nurse Manager, Mother, and Wife; therefore, packages will be shipped throughout the week. If you have received a tracking number but there is no movement, you may contact us after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number at support@daianaturals.com for further investigation.
International Shipping
International packages may be subject to go through customs. If you are interested in international shipping rates, please contact us at support@daianaturals.com for shipping prices.
Wrong Address
If the incorrect address was entered when checking out, please contact support@daianaturals.com to fix your information within 48 hours to prevent shipping discrepancies.
