All products are 100% handmade, therefore returns or refunds are not accepted. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please email support@daianaturals.com with proof of discrepancy. If your order is returned to by USPS, refunds minus the shipping cost will be offered or reshipment of order with additional shipping costs.​
